Commander 114 - What You Need To Know
About This High Performance 4 Seater...

Commander 114 - Here's Why This Powerful Commander Might Be Right For You...

If you are in the market for a high performance 4 seater, you are going to want to make sure you think about getting a Commander 114 TC. It is a very fast four seater that also looks very nice and is very roomy inside.

IMPORTANT: You have to realize that there are 2 generations of this airplane. There is the original 114 that was made starting in the 1970's through to 1979. And there is the second version that got approved in 1992. Were going to be talking about the second generation 114 in this article.

Why The Commander 114 TC Is Still A Great Airplane If
Your Looking For Something With Perfomance...

Reason #1 - It Goes FAST...

The great thing about the Commander 114TC is the fact that it really goes fast. Your probably going to find that the average true airspeed in this airplane is around 175 knots. That is pretty good for an airplane that has under 300 horsepower.

Not only that, it can climb at just over 1,000 feet per minute & it has a ceiling of 25,000 feet. This combination makes it a great IFR airplane that you should be able to grow into as you increase your flying hours, get more ratings and have more time.

The other great thing about this model is the fact that it has a range of over 800 km. That's pretty good for a 4 seater with the amount of performance that the 114TC has. Your going to be able to go fast, climb fast, go high & fly quite a distance with this airplane.

Reason #2 - It Is Priced Very Reasonably For The Performance...

The great thing about the second generation 114 is the fact that you can get one for a fair price even though it is a newer airplane. One of the biggest concerns a lot of pilots have is the fact that they are going to have to pay a fortune for anything that was manufactured since the early 1980's.

But you should be able to find a 1990's version 114TC for around $150k to $200k. That is a pretty good price when you consider that it is fairly new & your getting a massive amount of performance out of a 4 seater.
