Cessna 210 For Sale - 2 Reasons Why You Should Buy This Amazing Aircraft If You Are Looking To Take You’re Flying To The Next Level...
The top Cessna single engine aircraft that you can buy is arguably the Cessna 210. Not only that, there are very few other aircrafts that can actually hold up to it when you compare them directly!
If you are looking for a high performance aircraft that has retractable, 6 seats and a great dash then you are not going to want to look further then the 210. Not only do they have a ton of options, you can also get one in a variety of price ranges due to the fact that they have been around for so long.
IMPORTANT: You have to remember when your buying an airplane you usually get what you pay for! You might have to pay a bit extra to get a Cessna 210 verses a competing model - but there are not a lot of pilots who regret buying this airplane. If there was - they would not be as popular as they are even after all these decades...
Cessna has done a great job over the years tweaking and modifying the 210 to make it a well oiled dream flying machine! If you like to fly high wing airplanes, you are going to want to make sure you look at buying this Cessna model.
Reason #1 - It Goes Incredibly Fast For The Money...
The great thing about the Cessna 210 is the fact that if you buy the right one, it can cruise at around 190 knots when you are up at altitude. That is pretty amazing considering that it is such a big aircraft.
It is so well designed that you are going to actually get about a 40 knot boost in your cruising speed when you compare it to the Cessna 206. Not only that, a Beechcraft Baron "E" has an estimated cruise speed of around 195 knots and the Baron "E" has two 285 horsepower engines...
There are not a lot of other single engine airplanes on the market that are going to keep up to the 210 when it is up at altitude.
Especially if you plan on going up into the 10,000 + level... That is where you will likely really see the benefits of the turbo charged version kick in and give you some serious power.
So when you think about it that way - the 210 is actually quite economical compared to getting a twin engine aircraft. Sure the twin has the second engine - but if having 2 engines is not on your priority list, your going to want to make sure you look at getting a 210.
Reason #2 - It Is Way More Comfortable Than The Comparison Airplanes In It’s Class...
Sure you can get a low wing Piper Saratoga or Lance & they are great airplanes in their own way, but you are not going to be as comfortable as you would be if you were in a 210. They have a lot of room in the cabin and you are not going to be squeezed into a tuna can when you have more then 3 people in the plane with you.
SIDENOTE: You might not think this is all that important right now but the first time you fly with a few other people you are going to realize just how glad you were that you bought a Cessna 210 over the other aircraft that compare with it.
Even if you are not planning on hauling around 5 others with you when you fly, you have to realize that you can remove or move those seats around so you can haul more cargo. Unless you have been in the 210, you have no idea just how much room is actually in that airplane.
This is a great aircraft that has stood the test of time and will probably be around for a long time to come.
